Shipping Policy

Where we ship. Reboot ships to addresses in the United States only. All orders ship from New York, USA.

Processing time. Orders usually ship within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, or address issues.

Shipping cost. Shipping is free on every US order — no minimum, no code needed. The $0.00 shipping line is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can also use the Track Your Order page linked in our footer.

Address errors. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment.
