What is Reboot?
Reboot is a two-part hydration system designed for nights out. Each kit contains 10 Night Sticks and 10 Day Sticks — one Night Stick to take before bed, one Day Stick to take in the morning. It's a simple hydration ritual built around your body's timing.
When do I take each stick?
Night Stick: before you go to sleep, right after getting home from your night out. Day Stick: first thing when you wake up, before coffee or food. Timing is the whole point.
How do I use them?
Pour one stick into 8-12oz of water, stir or shake, and drink. That's it. No blending required.
What does it taste like?

How many uses is one box?
One box = 20 sticks = 10 Night Sticks + 10 Day Sticks = 10 full uses (one night out + one morning). If you go out once a week, one box lasts roughly 2-3 months.
Can I take it if I didn't drink alcohol?
Yes. The Reboot system supports hydration for any late night, long event, travel day, or situation where you want overnight + morning hydration support. Alcohol or not.
Can I take both sticks at the same time?
They're designed to be taken at separate times for maximum effect. Night Stick before bed supports overnight hydration. Day Stick in the morning helps you bounce back. Taking them together means missing the benefit of the two-timing approach.
Is Reboot FDA approved?
Reboot is a dietary supplement. Dietary supplements are not approved by the FDA to treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Like all supplements, statements about Reboot have not been evaluated by the FDA. Always consult a healthcare professional if you have questions about your health.
