What does it taste like?
NIGHT is Mixed Berry (blueberry and cranberry flavor). DAY is Lime. Both are lightly sweet — sweetened with stevia, 30 calories a stick — and mix clear in cold water.
What if I forget the NIGHT stick?
Take it when you remember. Before bed is the routine, but a NIGHT stick when you wake up followed by a DAY stick later still gives you both. Next time, leave one next to your toothbrush.
Can I take it after drinking?
Yes — that's what the routine is built around: a NIGHT stick with 16 oz of cold water before bed, a DAY stick when you wake up. Reboot is hydration, not a cure for anything. It doesn't change how much you drank, so pace yourself and drink water.
Why two sticks instead of one?
Before bed and the next morning are two different moments. Both sticks share the same electrolyte base (sodium, potassium, magnesium). NIGHT adds GABA, L-theanine, milk thistle and grape seed extract with no caffeine; DAY adds guarana (a natural source of caffeine), B vitamins and niacin. One formula can't be built for both.
How is this different from a regular electrolyte drink?
Most electrolyte mixes are one formula made for workouts. Reboot is two formulas timed to a night out — NIGHT before bed, DAY the next morning — packed as 10 complete routines per box. No caffeine in NIGHT, 30 calories per stick, sweetened with stevia.
When do I take each stick?
NIGHT before bed. DAY the next morning when you wake up. Together they make one complete routine.
How much water do I use?
Mix one stick with 16 oz (about 475 mL) of cold water. Shake or stir until dissolved.
Does DAY contain caffeine?
DAY contains guarana extract, a natural source of caffeine. NIGHT contains no guarana and no added caffeine. We're confirming the exact milligrams of caffeine per DAY stick with our manufacturer and will publish the number here as soon as it's verified. If you're sensitive to caffeine, treat DAY like a caffeinated drink and skip your usual coffee until you know how it feels.
Can I use just one of the sticks?
Yes. Each stick is a single serving. The routine is designed as a NIGHT + DAY pair, but you can take either on its own.

Is it sweet? What sweetener do you use?
Each stick is sweetened with stevioside (stevia), so it tastes lightly sweet, not sugary. Dextrose is also part of the formula. The full nutrition breakdown, transcribed from the printed Supplement Facts panel, is on the Ingredients page.
Is Bender Mender the same product as Reboot?
Yes. Reboot is the brand; Bender Mender Night + Day Hydration Kit is the product name printed on the box.
Who should not use Reboot?
